Oh man... what a disaster this place is... I am currently living here and I can not wait until my lease is up.
The building is almsot a hundred years old and it is a high rise with over 100 apartments... 100 apartments and ONLY ONE MAINTENANCE MAN AND ONE CUSTODIAN.
Last night there was a fire in the apartment next to me... the air conditioner exploded and flames were shooting out of it... I have never had to call 911 in my life before.
Currently I have a huge hole in the ceiling of my bathroom because my ceiling almost collapsed from a leak above me.
THERE ARE NO SECURITY GUARDS HERE.
When I first moved here I got my bike stolen from the pool area...
MAINTENANCE SUCKS REAL BAD... it's been 3 weeks since I had the hole in my ceiling... they were supposed to fix it 2 weeks ago-- never did...
I had a leaking/runnning faucet in my other bathroom that took them a month to fix.
BEWARE--- THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF... The rent is sky-high and it is without reason. YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... Go somewhere else.
