parking fees go up and holes in the parking lot grow bigger

instead of moving to belcrest shop around the area. you'll find better places for less money. they just announced a parking fee increase but they never fix the topping and the holes in the parking lot.
last winter (2005/2006) they promised new heating system and new A/C units. it's July and i haven't seen them. i'm moving out! i can't take another winter here!
if you have a car you won't have a parking spot right away. you'll have to park on Cass and remove your car by 7:00 am every day.
