I was never 100% satisfied with the building management, parking, and the apartment itself but it got the job done. That is until it came time to move out. The managment here in incredibly unproffessional. The building management, Mike, took 3 months to patch a hole in my bedroom ceiling with plaster/esbestos falling onto my floor/bed. Whenever i called he said he would send someone right up before hanging up the phone in an annoyed maner. I always paid my rent in full and on time yet i heard from other tenants that Mike said i was rude to him b/c i insisted that he take care of things in a timely fashion. When i was ready to move out of my place he let the next tenant move things in before the end of hte month w/ out my concent eventhough i had paid rent until the end of the month. When i asked him/the tenant for the prorated rent he began to get angry before barking at me and using the 'f word'... how incredibly professional and classy.
