Of all the buildings I have lived, this was easily my favorite. The lobby is lovely, the floors are kept clean, the manager is incredibly good at his job. The pool is great. The lobby has a hair salon set just off from the main area, and there is a large, Romance-style area for parties for residents that costs a refundable $100 deposit to use.

Unfortunately, the Woodward side is noisy. The Wayne State University buildings on the main strip have giant fans that run 24/7, so on those open-window evenings, all is fine except the drone.
