I would definitely recommend The Belcrest! I have lived all over the USA (and other countries) and this is one of my favorite apartment buildings. The Manager was particularly helpful to me when I relocated from The Middle East to Detroit. The location is excellent: near Wayne State, the Detroit Institute of Arts and the Detroit Public Library. The Belcrest has so many interesting people living under its roof. The rent is reasonable, and the amenities are good, especially the pool. The Belcrest is a great place to live.
