This place is just like all the other apartments in the area, as far as the managment goes...slum. Pay 50 dollars a month for parking, just to see the owner let all his friends, family, and his new "bar" wrokers take up all the spots! And if you can get a spot their is still no security in which your car will get stolen, stripped, or broken into! If I could I would give a huge list of the tennants that are waiting forever to get the apartments worked on! Example... one lady has her walls crumbling around her, and she was (and still is) put on hold because they needed to finish the "bar." Another woke up to an inch of water on her floor from pipes bursting (after numerouse requests to fix the problem) only to get the proffessionalism of a simple vacuming up...THATS IT'!'! Bar customers keep trying to sneak into the building which only the residence tell them to go back to the bar! Bottom line is they dont care about you, so I don't care about them...

that sucks that they opened a bar. I wouldn't want to live in a place that shared space with a bar. Also, what do you expect about living here? It's Detroit!!!! Of COURSE your car will get broken into and your gf could get raped. That town is so sad. I would NEVER let my kid stay in a dorm in that city. I am so glad I don't live there anymore. sorry, this was rude, but seriously!
