I live in this place since May,2008. and when i moved in the carpet was dirty like dogs were shitting on, and a very bad smell was coming out of the fridge. the window glass was broken, cockroaches everywhere, and they cut the hot water like every three days for a long time. the maintenance people lie and never do what they have to, and they dont even know what they're doing. people in this building have no sense of privacy, they open the door and get in even if you're asleep, and if you lock the door with the chain from the inside, they knock on the door in a scary way, i was going to call the police once. In the winter, you'll have a thick layer of ice on every window. I cant wait until the lease contract is through so i can move out of this zoo-like place
