It makes me very upset that the potential of such a classic building can be treated with such terrible managment. Nothing ever gets done... EVER!!! My neighbors windows came off her tracks, and just laid on the floor for over a month, until I finally attempted to put them back up for her becuase the rain kept coming through. The only real maintenance guy that they have is always in their stupid (and I care to opinionate illegal) bar drinking like a fish! Another neighbor had his coin jar emptied and stolen when maintenance was in his apartment. Another nighbor had his coffee table broken becuase he expressed how poor of a job the maintenance was! The whole place is a joke, but as long as they have their crappy bar, they don't care about the tennants.
