THE BRAINARD REMINES YOU OF PROJECTS ON THE OUTSIDE BUT THERE BEAUTIFUL AND SPACIOUS ON THE INSIDE!MY FIRST SERVICE CALL WAS A SUCCESS I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. SO FAR ITS QUIET. THEY DO ALLOW DOGS........UHM WATCH FOR DOO DOOO I HAVE A DOG BUT WHEN SHE POOPS I SCOOPE! IM VERY HAPPY. IF I HAD ONE WHISH IT WOULD BE MORE UP KEEP ON THE GROUNDS! THE HALLAWAYS COULD STAND SOME PAINT.

YES ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND I CAN SEE ITHER THINGS BREWING WRITING ON THE CEMENT, TRASH EVERYWHERE, BUMS DIGGING IN GARBAGE THROWING THINGS ON THE GROUND. THE INSIDE IS PERFECT. THE OUTSIDE HELL NAW. THE SNOW MELTED AND THE GARABAGE AND DOG POOH HAS TOOK OVER.I MOVED HERE BECAUSE I WANTED TO KEEP MY DOG SO FOR THE NEXT YEAR ILL BE HEAR AND AFTER THAT IM GIOING TO JET! ITS HARD TO FIND APARTMENTS DOWN TOWN HOW ACCEPTS DOGS

Dont be fooled. I moved in Brainard in Feb of 06. It is a nice apartment and very spacious...I had the 3BR. However, once the snow melts there are kids EVERYWHERE!!! Running all over outside and inside (slamming doors in the hallway as the run from the front to the back of the building). There was also alot of domestic violence there as well. There was also alot of car theft and vandalsim. The grounds are not kept up at all.... i guess we never had to worry about grass being cut because it didnt grow...just dry clay and gravel under the sparse greenery. All of these things cant be seen until the cold weather really breaks and it just gets worse through the summer.
