I have lived in Brainard for 3 years now and it started out as a somewhat decent community, but after 3 years it has completely gone down the drain. I live in the back buildings and the grass is NEVER cut unless you call & tell them to do it. The parking lot lights have been out for 6 months, clearly not safe. Our hallway light has been out for 2 weeks & all management says is that they're "working on it." In the meantime, we have to use a flashlight to go up and down the stairs and hope there are no homeless men passed out in the stairwell because YES THAT HAS HAPPENED. The dumpster overflows into the parking lot. The place is a nightmare.
