Its good but...

The new manager is nice, Ashley. The maintenance crew is alright, I had to keep reminding them of what was wrong but it didn't take them 2 long to fix things. Make sure you take video/picture documentation when you move out, they cheated me out of 200 of my security deposit!
BEWARE OF ROACHES!!!
IMO 78 ferry apartments are wayyy too expensive! and the dryers never worked! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
