Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
lived here for a year and there is always trouble with the elevators (the building has 18 levels), it is too expensive for 300 sq feet and they are charging for parking like in Manhattan. There are lots of bugs and the management is not helpful. They always tell you that they will take care of stuff but they never do. On the positive side: all utilities are included and security in the building is pretty good but Detroit itself is not good and so what would you expect of the apartments here' Although the area around WSU and the DMC is alright. Still never again.
