Why am I considering breaking my lease'
-ROACHES (I have roach bait all over the place but it doesn't stop them, they show up in my bedroom, my bathroom, my kitchen cupboards! It's disgusting)
-RATS
-Overpriced apartment, given the size (SOOOO SMALL!)--and I live in the biggest unit (1BR)
-Overpriced parking
-No alternative to overpriced parking (unless you want your car broken into on the street like 3 of my friends' cars have been--the city refuses to turn the street lights on so people come around 3am and break in the window of every car parked there even if there's nothing of value in sight)
-Elevators are SLOW and usually one of them is broken
-Drying machines don't work, yet still eat your money--clothes come out warm, but soaking wet
Maintenance and management are nice, but the complex is just terrible.
