Nice apartments, good neighbors, quiet community. Great place to live and close to downtown. Lived here with my mother for 2 years until I moved out for college in 04'. She still lives here, and is enjoying the study she made out of my old bedroom. Biggest problem is the parking lot, it's repainted every summer, but it needs to be completely repaved. Also, the building is safe, carpet is cleaned every 3months, and it is lit. My mother is 55 and she lives on the 3rd floor. There is no elevators, but she is in better shape then when she first moved in from the exercise.

Where in Chene Park did you reside? I've been here 3 years and have been looking to move. The apartments have plumbing issures, leaking roofs, parking lot that needs to been torn up and repaved. I have my carpet cleaned at my own expense. My apartment flooded and I'm still waiting on new carpet it's been almost a year. It took two cleanings, leaving my windows open, incense and candles to get the mildew smell out. Glad you had a good experience........

I lived there from 1997-04. Never had a problem with maintence or management. Since I moved, heard it is going down and there is a new manager. I too was on the 3rd floor. It is the pits when you have groceries to carry. Other than that my building was very nice a peaceful.
