The apartments are nice and the grounds are well kept for the most part. However, the management is slow to respond to maintenance calls, frequently requiring multiple calls and/or a visit to the office. Too frequency first calls are not even acknowledged.

If you are on low income then I suspect that one can't really cannot do any better at the time. Too many tenants are not being screened with low income. It is not fair for tenants to pay low rent and you are paying threeā¦Ā See More >anonymous

No, I would not do it all over again...
I am not happy here at all. This place is terrible. There has been non-stop construction in this apartment since I have been here by some of the most shady, undesirable characters I have ever seen. Basically, when I pay rent, I am helping toā¦Ā See More >anonymous

In 1991, I was one of the first residents to reside at Circle Drive Commons-(CDC). Construction was still going on. My daughter who is 18 was the first born child at CDC. I resided at CDC for 10 years. My husband and I were delightedā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great Home
Very nice place to live in Detroit. Maintenance people have always taken care of things quickly, and the office folk are friendly. My apartment was very large and had a nice layout for me and my kids.

My only reservation is the vandalism. My neighborā¦Ā See More >myvoice

Rodents
I recently moved from Circle Drive Commons Apartments and agree totally with the previous comment regarding the turnover rate in the office. I lived there for approximately 3 1/2 years and in that time we had over 8 different resident managers and 4-5 different maintenanceā¦Ā See More >Circle Drive Commons
