i had the most horrible living experience at the forrest arms apartment, i dont even know where to begin. first of all the building manager is a drug using liar, and was doing drugs with some of the other tennents. i know this because my neighbor overdosed and died and her body sat in the apartment for over a week in mid july. when her body was discovered (because of the horrific stench filling the whole floor) the manger pulled me aside and asked me to not say anything to investigators about the two of them using together. needless to say i had to get out of that building immediatly. i left that day and went to find a new place. but it took me about 4-5 days and i could not go back to my apartment, because i lived alone and was scared (at the time it was still a possible homicide). when i went back to my apartment to start moving, the door was ajar. i walked in only to discover i had been completly robbed. truly something out of a horrible nightmare. not only that, whoever did it stayed there for some time, ate all the food in the fridge, even drank the cooking brandy, slept in my bed, and pissed all over the entire apartment. they pretty much wiped me clean, and they must have been on they're way back, because they had more things bagged up and ready to go. worst of all i couldnt help but think the manager was in on it, because i told her i would be away for awhile. this whole ordeal was just the climax of many extremely strange and awful events. dont even get me going about the parking situation, or lack there of. i now owe the city $1200 in parking fines. i really hope for the remaining tennents things have changed there.

Damn! That place looked hella shady when I looked it over a couple years ago. I wouldnt feel safe hitting that laudaury room.

wow... that sounds like a total nightmare... I had friends that lived there years ago... I always thought that place was kinda creepy and weird.

their is a new owner who has fully renovated the building. you should come back and take a look around.
