I currently live here and have been since Nov.

2006.

I pay 505, but they have 1bedrooms for around the 460's and studio's from the 350's.

i dont knwo how much the 2 bedrooms and up are.

I like it and I'm a tough critic.

Since moving in Ive only seen 2 roach's, 3 spiders, and 2 centepede's and I hate bugs, so I like this apartment.

Some of the other apartments in this area I've heard have really bad pest problems.

So I make sure to clean up after myself just in case.

The landlady is very cool, Audrey, she is understanding of financial situations and trys to be of assistance whenever possible.

She even loaned me her can opener once (I barely knew her).

But it is pretty quite to have so many college students residing here.

On weekends and since school is out people play there music and have little get togethers...its kinda loud, but hey its a party, ppl shouldnt be restricted to have their music playing at a hushed wisper in their own home (apartment).

For those who are always nagging..oh its too loud, its no this, no that, I dont like this, this is broke.OK!! if it is get some help or do it yourself.

when something gets broke, like when my toilet flusher thingie breaks, I FIX IT MYSELF!! I am not a whiner, you know.

the only compaints are that the building is old and so it does have a few problems like crack tiles in bathroom lumpy walls, but it is an overall nice apartment and I like it.

The parking is sometimes hard to get because of all the WSU students who park in front of my building and then walk to school, but there is a parking structure that cost across the street (but u might get robbed..its a gamble).

This is the city so u have to be aware of your surroundings, their are drug addicts across the street at the liquor store, but the police probe this area at night.
