Should have seen the signs and followed my gut. Structural problems from day one, including water leakage from the ceiling (livingroom and balcony) and window frames. Propery owners/management very slow to respond to problems, "for our own safety" we have been sealed off from our balconies, and subsequently our storage units, since the fall of 2003- it is now summer 2004. Over the last 12 months there have been a rash of vehicle break-ins and thefts. My rent is supposed to be $960. They have given me a $20 dollar credit off of my monthly rent, for the inconvenience; Whoopee. I am refusing to sign a new lease until I receive more suitable compensation. It is absolutely ridiculous!
