I have been a resident at Grayhaven for 20 months. My stay here is very horrible. The community is falling apart. The apartment balconies are NOT avaliable for the apartment tenants. I have a 1 bedroom townhouse which is very SMALL! The walls are paper thin. Sherly LeFlore and Lesile, are the unprofessional mgmt!!! Please take my word DON'T RENT HERE!
There have been many break-ins and car thefts here. You would think in a gated-community we wouldn't have that problem here. There's a break-ins every week. Mgmt will not even mention this to you, you have to find out by word of mouth.
The only good thing here is my patio view of the canal that leads to the Detroit River. I will be moving out in March 06, when my lease is up.

Grayhaven is a beautiful community . The staff is professional and courteous. Sometime when residents are not satisified the review will not be favorable. The townhomes here at Grayhaven offer a very comfortable living as they have private entries, private garages and views of the water. I would suggest that anyone interested in looking at Grayhave come for a tour.
