I don't know who wrote the review for 4/27/07 but they must be on crack if they think Grayhaven is a good place to live. I would not let my enemy move into Grayhaven I have lived here since March of 2007 and can't wait till my lease is up. This is the worst place I have ever lived it is made cheaply and the management is in need of training in customer service. I moved in and was told I could not use the patio as they were deemed unsafe my MSHDA. The then manager told me that the complex was taking bids on who would do repairs. As I moved in during winter I was not that concerned and thought I'd get some summer use of my patio. Well summer has come and gone and no work was done on the patios. In fact I found out from my neighbors that the patios have been closed for five years and yet they still advertise them as one of the amenities. I along with other tenants wrote a letter to ask that the patios be repaired and never heard a thing.
The walls are so thin you can here your neighbors even if they are just having a normal conversation. The hallways are not vacuumed regularly and lately on the weekends the trash bins are overflowing. YUK!
The maintenance staff usually takes care of problems promptly and that is the only positive I can say about Grayhaven.
This place is a clap trap do yourself a favor and don't move here.

Thank you soo much for your honesty in this review. I am looking for a nice place to live. Your words were needed. I would have been truly upset if I moved here and couldn't use my balcony. That's the one thing I must have in my new apartment!!
