Grayhaven has really went down hill when I first moved there Shirley was the manager and it was well maintained and professional now that Trena is there they are very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone moving there. The security is full of ---- they dont do there job, serveral apts had been broken into...DONT move THERE U WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

Grayhaven is a beautiful community . The staff is professional and courteous. Sometime when residents are not satisified the review will not be favorable. The townhomes here at Grayhaven offer a very comfortable living as they have private entries, private garages and views of the water. I would suggest that anyone interested in looking at Grayhave come for a tour.
