I lived at grayhaven for a year and the management was horrible. Trena the "manager" stayed with an attitude no matter what day of the week. The maintance was cool. And other than the fact that the place is TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE is was ok. Oh and you have a balcony but will NEVER be able to use it because they are "still renovating it"!! I was there for a year and they never even been on my balcony to do anything let alone renovate!!! Yeah right which is such a shame because it really is a nice place overall.

Grayhaven is a beautiful community . The staff is professional and courteous. Sometime when residents are not satisified the review will not be favorable. The townhomes here at Grayhaven offer a very comfortable living as they have private entries, private garages and views of the water. I would suggest that anyone interested in looking at Grayhave come for a tour.
