I love my view, and I love my apartment. I have yet to work up the nerve to go out on my balcony but I am 18 levels above the street so I think I have a good reason. The kitchen is lovely, I can't hear my neighbors because of the solid construction, my bills are low, and I honestly hope I never have to move.
