I have seen and been approved to live in the Lafayette Towers. I went in the afternoon in which everyone were coming home. The tenants there are very nice and pleasant. The office management is very courteous and nice. I was pleased with the outcome when I visited. The elevators were working, there were no foul smells in the lobby or floors. The janitorial crew was actually on duty when I was there and were really cleaning. Not no light cleaning but serious cleaning. They wiped down everything in sight, vacuumed every piece of carpet, mopped every inch of floor even sprayed some nice air and floor freshners to give it a nice smell. I witnessed nothing out of order by tenants or management. All security was pleasant and on top of things. But I'm only moving in and only saw a little. I will be back to update you every 3 months until my lease is up. But you have to remember nothing is quite perfect in life including yourself. So don't think for one second that anything is perfect.
