If you live facing South the sun will slam through your windows, blinds down or not. In Sept.-Nov, the complex will turn on the heat, which you can't control, so it will be 80-100 degrees in your apt. while 55 outside. Windows do not open.
Kitchens in studios are inadequate.
I've found staff to be fine, including door and gate people. Maintenance has been prompt for me. Rent a bit high for square footage.
