This -------- is run by dishonest, incompetent scumbags. Nothing ever works and there are hidden fees everywhere. The leasing consultants are greedy yuppies trying to pimp everyone for as much money as possible, and the management company is a typical sleazy corporation.

No way! This building is A Ludwig Mies van der Rohe design, with marble lobbies & great river/city views. How does the leasing try to "pimp money" out of you when the prices are set at market rate?? What hidden fees, electricity & parking is all you pay for!! The leasing team here is great( not to mention attractive!!) They take time out for you and always go the extra mile. I've lived here going on two years and I love this place! The person who wrote this review is clueless...

whoever wrote this is confused perhaps - maybe you live in a different building, but forgot where exactly? duh.... there are NO hidden fees - not if you actually read your lease (legal document by the way, which discloses Everything!) and pay on time! Jeez!
