You should certainly live in Lafayette Towers if you want to pay a parking fee each month only to have your car stolen. Many cars have been stolen or broken into or vandalized here. Mine was recently stolen. The lot has a gate operated by a key card. Once you get out of the main parking area, there's a gate at the front entrance with a guard. Whoever stole my car got through both gates--the guards let him out even though he didn't have a key card or guest pass. Must have been working with the thief. The sleazy yuppies in the office glibly informed me that the company assumes no liability even though your rent and parking fees are influenced by the fact they have to pay guards. If you want to live in the ghetto and have your car lifted from where you live, you can do that for $400 and month.

I happen to know for a fact that this man's car was not stolen, by the writing type I can guess that this is my former friend and neighbor. He was evicted for not paying his rent and started writing random comments. I've never heard of a single car being stolen-especially not his.
