its a decent apartment building. you cannot top the views anywhere, similar views tho at the 1300 building on lafayette and the pavillion on rivard st. but other than the the towers have amazing city views. management is outstanding. very secure with 24 hour door people and patrol people walking around and a person at the gate at all times. key guard gated entrys to pretty much everything. well lit parking garage.

someone stole my door mat which i was kinda pissed about, i mean who steals door mats. seriously. and my only complaint is visitor parking is god aweful. 200 and somthing apartents and only 50 parking spots for visitors. on weekends sometimes people have to park on the street. maitanence is prompt and knowledgable. it get hot in the summer but air conditioning kicks ass.

some of the other floor are ragady, mine however is immaculate!
