Good place but COLD From: dezildogg@gmail.com Date posted: 2/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   This place is pretty nice for the money. In order to live this close to downtown Chicago or any other big city is would cost nearly double. Parking is relatively good (as long as you have a pass), staff is very helpful, and the area seems pretty secure. My only problem is that my apartment is cold. I mean I had to put plastic on window panel because cold air was rushing into my apartment. I also have a space heater which costs more money to keep running. I have not heard any loud music or anything and the hot water is ALWAYS hot. I think its a nice place but they just need to get some heat.
