Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I have been living in this Apt since Aug 2008, the rent is within the budget... closer to work... but the management sucks. The Apt rent includes heat and water, but the heater will not work in harsh winter days, the water out of the taps is murky. If there is a maintenance problem, you have be behind the management to get it fixed, they would just have the it on the paper, they would get to you at their leasure.
At the begining they promised me $150 thru ApartmentSearch.com and I had to keep poking as to what was the update on it was, when i asked them about it 2 weeks before, they started a new story says that management does not pay such money anymore, they suck big time.
