I have been a 3-year resident and moved in when it was still owned by Habitat Company. At that time, there were no problems. Great maintenance, caring staff, and wonderful seurity. Since they sold to a new owner, I am telling DO NOT MOVE IN!!! I went with no heat for 9 nine days in the latter part of a harsh winter, the landscaping has been ignored, trash is building up around the parking garage, and the new management company will not answer any phone calls or emails. I am looking to move into another Habitat Company-owned residency as soon as possible.
