I am 72 and have lived in the building since November 08. I have no family left and my health is not that great anymore. The manager, and asst. manager check on me every day more than once to make sure I am okay. Thay have taken me shopping and always check with me to see if I need anything.
I am so happy to have people who check on me and treat me like family. The service I get here is worth every dollar I pay in rent. Thanks to all the staff for treating me like family.

I have one question for you: Who is doing all these favors for you? Is it the security guard or the Property Manager herself? If it is the security guard, he has been working for this building for many, many years and has a heart of gold. I will keep you in my prayers.

I'm sorry, but the current office staff has been here 5 minutes. Are you referring to the former staff who were kind and considerate or the two wonderful door personal that have been here a very long time? Yes this place felt like a great neighborhood block club until this current management took over.

haha-this had to be written by the new manager or management company..tenants please join together to make our tenant association even stronger-enough is enough! Do not live here!

This cracks me up, if it's true, which it's probably not. I didn't know our apartment management was responsible for being home health aids for the tenants. I can't get them to turn my hot water back on in a timely fashion, but they take you grocery shopping? Heck, next time something breaks around here, maybe they'll be nice and take me out for dinner.
