Give us all a break. We stayed at the Loft in 2003 for a short period. Although the apartments were newly rentovated Lofts, We were there for 3 months until we realized that there was a defect in the plumbing which destroyed my bedroom suit and caused us to sleep in the living room for a month, with construction and maintenance running in and out of the Apartment very early in the morning. STILL DIDN`T FIX THE PROBLEM. Bedroom carpet was smelling, because of water damage and the offered to give us a month off at the end of a 14 month lease. PLEASEEEE. Some of the tenants were so destructive and disrespectful, They played on the elevator until it was broke 2 or 3 times. They pulled the fire alarm at 6 and 7am. in the morning which wakes up the whole building, and please don`t have guess over night. That will get their coffee boiling, wouldn`t it ' And i see the parking is trying to change, Because when we were there we had too park a cross the street in public parking, which caused my auto to be broke into, Homeless and Transits to approach you daily Begging.... Etc. KEEP LOOKING.

I agree about some of tenants & disrespectful behavior, but that seems t/b improving. If you live in anj urban setting, you will be approached by street people, not just at Lofts@W
