The management is very nice and responsive to problems. Building materials are relatively new, but are not respond well to use because they are very cheap. Management needs to upgrade materials used to compete with other communities in area. I find parking very convienant, despite the 1 block walk. Nearby units do offer valet, which is more of a hassel then just parking the car yourself. Having alot of trouble with getting cable this building - has to do with low signal strength in building, so you could have similiar problem. Overall I am pleased with my experience thus far.
