This used to be a really nice place with a great manager and maintenance staff, but something just happened and now we have a nasty, mean woman in the office who is never available, does'nt answer the phone, and a has no idea what she is doing. The new maintenance guy is even worse, very unfriendly and unprofessional, and does not respond to phone calls after hours. The hallways and elevators are filthy, and no one shoveles the rear walkways anymore. I am moving out of here as fast as I can!
