Don't even consider moving here. The roaches are enomous, the plumbing is horredous,
there is probably mold growing in the walls, the maintainace staff, came off the street. The electricity in the apartment blows fuses when you try to use more than one small appliance.

Whoever wrote this must be talking about another complex. I live in this community and I have been here since 1975. My daughter has lived in her town home since 2000. The staff is great! The complex is an older complex, but the appearance and upkeep of the building and grounds are definitely maintained and well-kept. You receive personable service. Maybe the person with the negative comment was someone who probably was given some type of Poor Housekeeping notice and is very bitter. Staff makes sure they are the eyes of the complex and if something is not right it is definitely reported and immediately addressed. My neighbors are also great!! I love it because I have my own yard and I can plant flowers and put my lawn furniture out. We may be an older complex, but we are definitely a community. As a resident you are treated important and valuable. The location is great! We are in the heart of everything. The apartments are very large. You can't beat the price. The maintenance staff are always in uniform and work orders are taken care of immediately. To the bitter long time resident--GET OVER IT!! MOVE ON, but don't spread nasty rumors. If it is so bad why are you still here? I'm sure no one with as many negative comments as yourself would stay anywhere for that length of time? Next time--think before you type!

These apartments do suck, i've been living here for 4 years now. When i first moved over here they were FINE! But after a while things started getting worse. They keep going up on rent, AND THESE PLACES ARENT EVEN WORTH AS MUCH MONEY AS WE ARE PAYING EVERY MONTH!!!! Oh and that person was right about the roaches! I dont know where they are coming from because when i first moved over here i had no problem with bugs or anything! Then all of a sudden a year ago we started getting these GIANT roaches! When u call for maintenance to come fix something it takes them forever and a day to come! Plumbing does suck big time! Im happy i will be moving out of these apartments in a month! MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK! U WON'T be happy!
