I wasn't a leaseholder here, but my boyfriend was. Really great apartment complex. Really secure. The front desk is always manned. The staff is amazing. The service is amazing. There is a rooftop area that is lovely. I watched the 4th of July fireworks there a couple times.

Very clean, almost looks like an upscale hotel. It kinda makes you feel like you are living in The Ritz. I love the Downtown Detroit elegance feel of this building. It's gorgeous. It's close to the freeways, it's close to the heart of everything but it's like its own little world at the same time...when you walk through the doors, you feel like you've escaped the big metropolis outside.

Only not-so-good thing is the parking situation, you know how high rises can be. Sometimes you just wish it was a tad closer. But it's secure...don't have to park on the street.

I'm considering moving here when I move back to Michigan.
