Millender Center Apartments

It's a great place to live From: fionalowther Date posted: 8/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   Outside of an occasional elevator wait (which is minor, compared with some buildings I've lived in), I have absolutely no complaints about this building or its staff. It is a great place to live; the security people and the maintenance people are friendly, helpful and professional. Any maintenance problem is taken care of immediately. It's clean; the insulation makes each apartment almost literally soundproof (except for outdoor weekend music and crowds); the health club with pool is a plus; the indoor access to the People Mover, the Ren Cen and the garage is another plus; there's even a small grocery in the building for staples you run out of,and you get to watch the July 4th fireworks without leaving the building. For those concerned with security, the place is probably second only to Ft. Knox in safety. And unless they raise my rent too much, I'll stay here as long as I can afford it. If any prospective tenant has any doubts, they should talk to some of the longtime tenants who live here because they choose to.
