if you decide to live here whatch out for this woman power on a testosterone kick out of control apartment manager. after three and a half years of near spotless residency she has decided to terminate our residency, and all she will give for a reason is that they want the apartment back, because we are month to month at the moment!!

Yep, sounds like Mary Ann! We were told to move into a two-bed because we had an addition. Of course, it was a newborn and we had a very large one-bedroom. Understandably, we began looking. Mary Ann offered us Grant Gossett's old apartment after his death. Too erry. . . The rent was $300 more than the one-bedroom. We reasoned, we could BUY a house and pay that amount. So, we did. I like the apartment, but not Mary Ann. A pest indeed that needed to be exterminated.
