Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
They do not care about their tenants. They allow construction work on weekends starting at 6:30 AM through sometimes 9:00 at night. They lie about construction that will happen. They charge too mcuh, and the manager is from hell. DO NOT RENT HERE! She told the press they were going condo here befroe telling the TENANTS! And, a month before telling us that we are all about to be homeless, she lets people sign leases and move in!!!!! Plus, I make 24,000 a year, and I could not qualify income wise for a studio apartment!!!!
