just when you thought you were out. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   After everything they put you though they will get you in the end. The ungodly amount of money you put down for a security deposit- well you'll never see that agian. They kept a huge HUGE part of ours becuase of 1/4 of an inch stains found randomly on the carpet. but since the condos (the reason we were moving out-by the way) were not a sure thing they kept it to replace the carpet. The landloard is terrible- she is a nightmare to work with-seriously. GET OUT FAST> O and they will not make moving out a nice experince either- The joke of a loading area is muddy reaks like trash and it just so happened the day we were moving out the garabe shoot flooded- and flooded the room the last of our stuff was in. The trashy ankle deep water didnt seem like that big of a deal- considering no one bothered to let us know all of our belonging were sitting in a pool of water, but then i momentarly forgot these inconsiderate people were part of the reason we were leaving. GOOD LUCK IF YOU ARE THERE AND CONGRADULATIONS IF YOU ARE OUT!!! -- as for the condos= besides from being over priced- the people are much nicer- but dont belive the website- the pictures are stock photography- meaning they were not taken inside the park shelton- and there are no bell hops to open the door- and the work out room- hahahahaha. o and now-- ha the hell that used to be the parking garage is getting torn down leaving the poor prisioners of the P.Shelton two options- 1. pay 50 a month to have their car valleted some where on the streets of detriot (I have never seen so much broken glass as I have on the curbs of detroit) or option 2- pay 30 a month to park at the DIA- this means you get to walk in those streets of Detroit at whatever hour you come home.
