Condo Owner From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I absolutely love it here!! Too bad the other reviewers couldnt stick around for the condo conversion because it is awesome. The sales office is full of nice professionals (juliet, michael, davina), who really want to help the homeowners with the conversion process. the building has come a long way, I have been here from the start of the conversion and i must say, once all the construction is complete, this will be a swanky place to live. rooftop penthouse suite that overlooks the city, nice secure parking structure, small workout facility, washer/dryer in basement and in unit. the only problem i have had was with the management company, Kramer-Triad, such as losing record of PAID association dues, or losing work orders for maintenance, i have also noticed that students are renting from owners and i think from the builder, which i'm leary of, and but other than that i definately recommend. i will stay as long i can. also BIG tax break $$$$$(NEZ) because of empowerment zone. READ ALL REVIEWS WITH CAUTION, PEOPLE ENJOY COMPLAINING!!!
