A run down joke From: HayBierMan Date posted: 10/25/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Sure it looks nice from the outside.. even your first visit may be great and you may marvel at the nice decorative featuresd of the lobby but man, living here is hell. First off, the elevators are never working so you have to wait for the slow freight elevator.. or sometimes the elevators break down with someone inside it. (Happened to me). The basement floods often which is where the laundry and workout facilities are. There is always noise from the renovators' jackhammers and drills starting at 8am every day, even weekends. And half of the units don't even have A/C.. It was an average of 89 degrees in my apartment through the summer. Oh sure, they havce parking,,, for an extra $50 a month. And they call it valet... well, its only valet if the attendant feels like being valet. Its also not fun to be begged for spare change every time you walk to your car.
