Renter Beware!
The sample rental ( the one used for viewing the layout)is nothing like the apartments available for renting, in fact this first floor model is the only one of it's kind.

Now when walking into the Pasadena, it's not too bad, it looks like a converted hotel, but wait until you leave the first floor.

Welcome to the Terror Dome, the hallways smell of Eau de Project.
(ps. read the not posted next to the elevator; bodily waste being found in the hallways. yuck!)

The apartment layout is confusing, hey who puts the bathroom near the front door,and why do I hear toliets flushing everytime I walk down the hall.

And why do I always have to smell what's cooking in someones apartment ( hey apt 379 is cooking chicken again)

Even more annoying is that Pasadena doesn't have any proper way of disposing trash.
You have to carry your trash, down the elevator. Imagine leaving for work in the morning, getting in the elevator with people carrying a week's worth of garbage on the elevator, ohh the stench.

What's even more frightening I don't feel safe at night.
NOW don't get me wrong the tenants are not the problem, no problems to this day, but security at the building is non exsistent.

Parking is horrible, behind the building is rapist Quarters, no sufficient lighting,
certain floors in the building I've been advised to avoid, and I refuse to use the laundry facilities. (see for yourself)

Leaves a little to be desired, but the apartment overall seems to be great. In my front bay window I have a great view of Jefferson Ave, and the rest of downtown. Residents are very quiet here. Also, im right down the street from Chene Park...i can hear the music for free....lol ! The only thing that is sub par is the maintenance....the baseboards in the hallways could use some paint, and we could also use a better garbage disposal system. Overall, the apartment is decent for the price...all utilities included too!
