My apartment was spacious with large kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The bedroom had hardwood floors. In the beginning it was an okay place to stay improvements was beginning made, the neighbors were great and for the cost it was a bargain. However the last year improvements had stopped, repairs took forever

Parking was terrible, although the parking lot was gated the lot spaces were too small, the rear of the lot would flood during heavy rains and the snow removal service was bad. The elevators were constantly broken, the laundry room was unsafe and the building was unclean. There was no security. Finally when the noise became a problem and people were hanging out in front of the building it was time to go.

If you need a place quickly and you're on the go - maybe; however if you can look elsewhere.
