I have been looking for a place to stay so I was surfing threw many different apartment site and location, out of all my searching I found out that prine hall is a very nice place to be even if I dont think I could not afford it,it my be worth putting in hard work to live in comfort, and the staff (Alicia) and (Nicole) are to beautiful caring people we need more people like them to make your visit enjoyable as they have for me God bless those angels I hope one day I will get that chance to be apart of the prince hall family.

Please, here at PHP you can play music all hours of the night. No complaints, common areas are swept maybe once a month. Oh and management answers calls when they feel like it. Yeah praise management, they don't live here. Also, for the safety of women...loitering is allowed. People here have many people living with them..how sad. ONCE AGAIN, if you enjoy loud music...we welcome you. I will continue to post. Don't let the outside fool you. Common areas smell all the time. You can actually smell the 20 year old carpet. Every since new management, where is the security? Maybe that would stop all the loitering and very loud music. Is it that some people are subsidized and they don't work for there money. We're the only complex without outside security. Rent was raised, how about everyone who signs a lease be held accountable. Noise level is out of control, Nicole and Alicia how many more complaints do we need.
