Everybody i know who has lived in 633 or nearby for more than 6 months has gotten their apartment or car broken into.
In a community where you have the price of living jump on a select few buildings; Those buildings and the surrounding areas become targets for the neighborhod.
At least once a month i hear numerous car alarms triggerd, on the same night; ending by the 3rd honk. Random other noises to boot.
This past winter Renisance posted a bulliten asking who was intersted in getting a bike rack put in inside 633 prentis. The posted note quickly filled up with signatures. Its been months since then; 2 bikes have been stolen since the note and still no bike rack.
Unless Renissance lowers their prices to match those of their neighborhoods, anyone living in a renissance building will be a target.

You want to live in Renaissance, be my guest, just don't mind the cockroaches(your new roomates), the crackheads or hookers outside, oh and did I mention if you enjoy muggings then this is the place for you, cass corridor. The landlord is definitely a slumlord, watch yourself.
