I lived at 641 Prentis. Nothing horribly wrong but nothing very impressive either. Parking is a nightmare since Wayne State student take all the parking. My car was dinged up several times by people who haven't mastered the art of paralel parking. The location is great for restaraunts museams and theatres. The apartment is rather blah, there is a roach problem and the laundry facilities are down right frightful. Maintenance is very friendly and pretty responsive.
