I choose to live in the renaissance apartments because they are close to wsu's campus and were relatively inexpensive. However after living here for some months now I would have to agree with the overall recommendations of the two most recent posts.

I've had numersous requests for repairs to the apartment which were "lost in translation" so to speak. I have also had difficulty with parking, or the lack thereof. There is a gated parking lot for the renaissance residents but it is at least a block away from the nicer residences. Also, car theft in the neighborhood is rampant.

Some of the office staff is less than congenial.
