Building manager/owner is the worst person ever. He is the 24 hour service number. If you call him he will never answer the phone or call you back. If you have a problem and he doesnt want to deal with it at the moment he lies right to your face. He will almost always blow you off if you have a problem and treat you like your not PAYING him. Maintanence usually takes a long time. Electrical is a joke. Overall its a nice apartment, EXCEPT if you ever need anything dont expect anything but attitude from the manager/owner, and dont expect anything to get handled right away. Even the manager of our portion of our building cant stand the guy.
